TALES OF AN ANCIENT EMPIRE – Behind the Scenes Video #1

Here’s a clip showing myself, the cast and crew preparing a shot which shows the vampire sorceress XIA (Whitney able) emerging from the palace to hunting for PRINCESS TANIS (Melissa Ordway). The first section of the clip shows the prep up the moment I call action, then it shows how the final shot looks in the finished scene. — Albert

Amazing…I love the look of the finished product! I’m sure you have been asked, but will the score be available either with the film or as a stand alone item? Just these clips are fantastic.
Have fun with the final shoot and production work!

Hi David — yes, it will definitely be included in the limited edition set. I think its Tony’s best score ever and really plays to his love of all things tribal. That’s one of the reasons Cynthia and I placed the story in a North African setting. Its at the crossroads of this world so its given Tony a wonderfully colorfully world to depict in music. But its not been an easy one to write and record because chunks of the film are missing because they have visual effects. He’s hard at work on finishing score though up in his studio in Santa Barbara, California. We begin the final mix in earnest on April 9. Tony is the mixer.
